We enjoy staying in Hidden Springs Resort. Hard to find the right property we like to stay in because property management changes. We do have a few problems from time to time, with broken things and not quite clean. Overall we always come back. Been going for 20 years almost every year. Sometimes more than once in a year.
The cabin was nice and well stocked. The only issue we had was the television had a parental lock that couldn’t be removed during our stay. (They tried though.. seems a previous guest may have put a lock on the tv’s). Besides that it was great.
We just stayed here 6/7 - 6/14 in a cabin called All Ya Need. The cabin was gorgeous and very clean! The whole area was beautiful. We have been through Cades Cove several times and we have never seen a bear. Our first morning here we saw 2 bears. The owner is super friendly and answers questions very quickly. I can't wait to start planning our next trip and we plan on staying here again!

The Cabin was amazing! The "resort" fell a little short. Only for the security gate, that was never shut. The "indoor" pool, very much outdoors. Not heated, nor advertised as such, but frigid under an oddly crafted building resembling a greenhouse. And never figured out where the actual outdoor pool was. Otherwise great place. Maybe consider giving better maps at check in? Thanks for the accommodations, absolutely beautiful!

We had a great time here! There were some bumps but besides that, it was a great cabin! The two small downfalls that we had were that our reclining couch was electric when it came to the reclining part… didn’t work… also our fridge made a knocking sound…. The two big downfalls that we had were that the outside smelled like sewer 24/7… and my in-laws checked their bed before going to sleep and the sheets had what appeared to be a pubic hair in them… so definitely don’t think the sheets were cleaned as they stayed that they were. Thankfully my in-laws brought their own sheets and comforter! I just recommend looking everything over!
Hidden Springs is a very outdoorsy resort with all the comforts needed for a nice getaway. The bedroom is really comfortable with a jetted tub in the room which is a really relaxing detail. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is nice with the only drawback that the water does not have a lot of pressure and it is warm even when at the hottest. The hot tub outside is really enjoyable and the resort is really well kept. I would only throw out there the possibility to add a fire pit and a gas grill for the comfort of the guests. Overall a really enjoyable experience.
